How to enter Bronze Quill:
Visit www.kc.iabc.com and click on “Bronze Quill.” There you will find the details and rules on how to enter the 2010 Bronze Quills.
You will submit actual work – either from a class, part-time job, internship, etc. – in either Division 4.3 (Student Writing) or 4.4 (Student Communications Project). You will create a work plan (the rules tell you how) and attach work samples. Judges from around the country will view your work and rate it.
About the essay:
Write a short essay (one page or less) on why you should be considered for the scholarship. You must include: your school, year, major, GPA. Add any other information you think we should know that would help us pick you.
Attach this essay to your online Bronze Quill entry. The KC/IABC Board will review the essay and your judges scores to determine the scholarship winner.
