The Floyd Walker Incredible Award is presented to KC/IABC members whose work for the chapter has gone above and beyond. In 2002, the award was renamed to honor the late Floyd Walker for his sustained contributions to the chapter. The award recognizes members whose service and commitment are “too extraordinary to believe.”

Paul has put in long hours and lots of effort in bringing a very important IABC program, Rising Stars, back to life. He truly brought it from the brink of extinction to a thriving group. And, his work with the student chapters has been equally amazing. Because the students and Rising Stars are the future of KC/IABC, Paul, more than anyone, has strengthened that core audience.
